Jazzfest is here! I'll be playing at the Fairgrounds - Friday May 6 with the Alex McMurray Band. 4:20pm - 5:20 at the always pleasant Lagniappe Stage. Hope to see you!

I'm very excited to be backing up Dr. John, Shannon McNaly and Drew Landry at Tipatina's French Quarter tonight! (April 20) This is a benefit for the late Bobby Charles's "Solution for Pollution" cause.
James Booker Birthday Bash III - Dec 17, 2010 7pm

I'm excited to be a part of this celebration of the late James Carol Booker. Dec 17th was his birthday. He would have been 71. Keyboardist Tom Worrell is putting together a great night.  It starts at the Maple Leaf Bar at 7pm with some of the finest current New Orleans piano players.

The lineup so far: Tom McDermotJoshua PaxtonJoe Krown, Tom Worrell, CR Cruver, and Bill Malchow.    

Around 9:30pm there will be a 30 minute preview of Lillie Keber's movie "The Bayou Maharajah". Photos from Jim Scheurich's "Intimate Portrait" will be on display.
After the show, a jam session will be held at Frenchy's across the street. (approx 10pm)
